I ordered the chicken wings, they don’t have any test at all, was very hard and salty to much, I won’t take this one again.

After waiting 45 minutes for my order, he told me I'd have to wait longer. I told him I didn't like that, and he rudely refused to sell it to me. Very, very bad service. I do not recommend it.

Ordered 6 meals for collection ready on the dot got home to find half the meals were missing and kebab portions were tiny food is absolutely disgusting tasteless burgers were big enough but like eating cardboard and very expensive an hour after eating 2 out of 6 were vomiting 1 had diarrhea i am no cook but can make a burger that tastes like food it was awful would sooner starve than eat from there again 1st and definitely last time disgusting

Contacted them yesterday at 4pm ..asked them to deliver at 8pm..had to contact them again at 8 30 as delivery hadn't arrived..no reply after several attempts..eventually a staff answered..no reference to delay..when food arrived order was incorrect..couldn't be dealing with this incompetence..not the first negative experience we have had

The first time we ever ordered from Chicken Cloud, a couple of years ago now, I genuinely thought this place had the best chips. Flavourful and crisp. I believe they double fried them.
However, the quality of the food is getting worse every time we order here.

Just today, the chips were pretty much still raw, the cod was more dry than sandpaper, the skin of the chicken sausages was also depleted of any moisture and they couldn't even be bothered to add the capri sun to my son's kids burger meal
